About Us

Not too much to say (at least not yet)... no long list of credentials... just a story that's worth sharing. I'm Adam Vaughan. My wife, Kelly, will also be sharing. We have 6 children. Our two sons, Lincoln and Tucker, have gone to be with the Lord. The remaining four with us are Emmiline, Eloise, Elliott and Charli. Charli is a triplet. Her brothers Lincoln and Tucker are identical twins. They're dancing with Jesus right now, and they're not sad about it at all!

 Sisters sharing Sabbath hopes
 being faithful to speak out and record



 Delighting in the wonder that is the Sabbath.  Expectant as we wait to see how the Lord might move in our hearts.  These are some of the words we long for our Sabbath to display.  After making our Sabbath board we landed on 5 Sabbath S's that we would like make a part of our weekly lives.    

                                  -Seek-Fight to Seek and Worship the Lord in new and fresh ways
                                           -Surrender-our plans, agenda, chaos..our norm unto the Lord
                                  -Share-our time, meals, laughter and life
                                  -Story-share our story with each other, speak life into one another,
                                   remembering that it's His story we are in.
                                  -Stop-cease, rest....savor unhurried time as we battle against chaos


Just baby steps.  It will take a long time for these practices to take root.  We haven't arrived but thankful for forward motion.

p.s. a grumpy woman is posting this...computer problems...lack of sleep...dirty flesh...

    Love the Ss. Under the tutelage of Damon, I often get my lessons with alliteration. Sticks in the memory banks! Great Sabbath lesson, and awesome way to savor this story. Blessings to you as you seek, surrender, share, story, and stop. May we all come to know, understand and obey the call to Sabbath.
