About Us

Not too much to say (at least not yet)... no long list of credentials... just a story that's worth sharing. I'm Adam Vaughan. My wife, Kelly, will also be sharing. We have 6 children. Our two sons, Lincoln and Tucker, have gone to be with the Lord. The remaining four with us are Emmiline, Eloise, Elliott and Charli. Charli is a triplet. Her brothers Lincoln and Tucker are identical twins. They're dancing with Jesus right now, and they're not sad about it at all!

meal time

Morning is still on the Hopeful's horizon.
With a home inspection the main hurdle left...
We continue on...
Celebrating yesterday's fruit...
Fruit we have been waiting for...
Watching for...
Mouths wide with hunger and expectation...
Careful to keep our eyes fixed on The Feeding One...

Always filling with good and perfect things...
Steadily inviting us to dine at the...
Table of wait.
Not always enjoying the seating.
I learn.

As... desire and thanksgiving share taste bud's...
Explosions of yummy joy
Burst from the dark...
Leaving stains of faithfulness...
All over our faces...

Thankful for so much...
Cautious...
Not to let the enemy have even one square inch in the dining room of my heart.
As we await the final tab...
Beyond blessed by all those that have journeyed beside...
Carrying us through with prayers and other labors of love...
Community makes meals of celebration so much sweeter.

As we continue in the wait...
We continue in the learning...
Searching out...
Greater breakthrough in regards to releasing His voice in us.
So wanting to honor...
Using the uniqueness of me...
To bring the FULLness of HIM.

30 days from now...
Hope's House will offer meals to another.
Today... we sing in preparation...
Filling the belly of these walls with praise.

Ready for our Pastor to return to lead our choir...
For...
Sometimes the serenading is so very wild and wacky...
It has been known to frighten.
Celebrating!
Still learning...
Still walking...
Still singing.
Still feasting.
Always HUNGRY...
Forever Thankful.
