Saturday... filled full with 3 showings and this momma flying solo.
We were all super pooped.
After all the showings and staying away... I found my princess creating Faith art in our garage...
She and Bud have been grounded in expectation. I have been attentive and in agreement...
This time "gettin' ready" just felt different... We were preparing for the sale...
Not long after the showings began we got a call that an offer was underway...
It was underwhelming.
But we offered our songs in peaceful thanksgiving...
We did not choose fret... We listened to the Still-Small... We chose rest...
And we countered back in faith...
March 10th... A faith day...
Pastor came home... Hope's House was abuzz.
We celebrated togetherness... we prayed over the peeking horizon.
Sabbath brought much needed... MUCH NEEDED... Rest...
We got word early...
Hopeful's house will be filled anew...
Screaming... dancing... laughter and song busted forth...
Products of longing fulfilled.
Gulping up joy...
Perpetual feasts...
There's nothing quite like tasting joy...
Except perhaps sharing it with those you love.Yesterday.... a day filled.
The thundering forecast...
Partly blooming bright...
Partly clouded by emotional exhaustion...
Exhales can smell stinky sometimes...
Gotta keep filling up on good fruit... An apple a day...
The more Fruit-Alive indwelling... the more strength I will have in future's pressing on.
In the meantime... I'll be burning this face into my brain...
It speaks of His beauty, power, love and strength.
Hands gripped firm on testimony.
Hands that beckon the hands of a princess...
To declare the unseen while walking by FAITH...
The process long but filled with opportunities in the wait... He supplies another window with end in sight. The end of May will mark the final chapter for Hopefuls on Ridgegate and Begin the new at Faith's House. So today... we rest... we celebrate... and...
We savor the sweet.

Yay for answered prayers and growing in the waiting. Hallelujah for MUCH fruit in the lives of the Vaughans!!!!! Yay! This makes me want to dance and sing :)
